ENN Gas was renamed ENN Energy, and developed distributed energy services and integrated energy business, offering integrated solutions of clean energy to customers.

Developed energy management business, innovated business model with system energy efficiency technology, provided customized energy products and services, and implemented regional clean energy solutions.

Became the fourth enterprise in China to acquire import and export rights for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether and other clean energy.

Worked with IBM to carry out comprehensive informatization and became the first enterprise to implement SAP solution, energy industry solution and ERP in the world.

Rapid development
Successively acquired large urban gas projects in Shijiazhuang, Changsha, Dongguan, Yantai, and etc.

On 10th May, 2001, our company was listed on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On 3rd June, 2002, the public company switched to Main-board with the stock code 2688.HK.

Successively acquired gas operation rights in Liaocheng City in Shandong Province, Miyun County in Beijing and Huludao City in Liaoning Province.　

On 6th August, 1993, the natural gas pipeline project of Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone was completed and natural gas supply was started. In November 1995, our company acquired the exclusive right to operate the urban natural gas pipeline in Langfang City.。
